Get your guests' real contact details, no matter where they book

Guests who book through Booking.com, Airbnb or other booking platforms often have masked email addresses in Booking Experts. This makes it difficult to contact guests directly and means your reception team has to manually update their details. With online check-in, you can automate this process and save valuable time.

Shortly after booking, guests automatically receive an invitation through the booking platform, via SMS, or both. On a simple online page, guests enter their own email address and, optionally, their license plate number, mobile phone number and consent to receive marketing emails. All information is automatically updated in Booking Experts. This ensures you always have accurate, up-to-date guest details, reduces manual work and allows you to communicate directly with your guests.
